At The Trinket Store, we take great care in crafting and packaging our jewelry to ensure you receive the best quality products. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
✅ Damaged or Defective Product – If you receive a broken or damaged item.
✅ Incorrect Item Received – If the item delivered is different from what you ordered.
🛑 Returns are NOT accepted for:
❌ Change of mind or personal preference.
❌ Slight variations in color or texture, as our jewelry is handcrafted.
❌ Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
❌ Personalized/customized orders.
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us Within 24 Hours of receiving your order. WhatsApp us with:
Your order number
A clear 360-degree unedited opening video of the package as proof of damage/defect.
Photos of the received product.
2️⃣ Approval Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.
The product must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
3️⃣ Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
3. Refund & Exchange Process
Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement (subject to availability).
Refunds: In case a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund (processed within 5-7 business days).
4. Additional Notes
We DO NOT accept returns without a proper opening video (no cuts, no edits).
The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
The Trinket Store reserves the right to decline a return if it does not meet our policy terms.
